Is it really free to start?
Yes. Build and preview your whole invitation for free. You pay once, when you publish.
How do I pay?
By QRIS or bank transfer, in Rupiah. You pay once per wedding. There is no subscription.
How do guests get the invitation?
Each guest gets a personal link with their name on the invitation. You send it from your own WhatsApp, so it comes from a number they know.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The invitation opens in the browser, including inside WhatsApp and Instagram.
Can I change things after publishing?
Yes. You can edit text, photos, date and time at any time. The link name and the couple names are locked once published, because the link is already in your guests' hands. Small spelling fixes are allowed; for anything bigger, write to us.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Until your wedding date and up to 12 months after it. After that it can no longer be edited, but you can start a new invitation from the same design.
What if my wedding date moves?
Change the date in your dashboard and the end date moves with it, up to 12 months after your original date.
How does check-in work?
Guests who say yes get a QR pass. Your ushers scan it with the crew app on their phones, and the scanning keeps working on weak signal. Check-in is included with Premium, or you can add the Check-in Kit to Basic.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases described on the Refund Policy page. In short: a full refund within 7 days if you have not sent any guest link yet.
