Terms of Service

LINKFETE · linkfete.com · Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Linkfete at linkfete.com and in the Linkfete app to build, publish and manage a digital wedding invitation. By creating an account, signing in, paying for a package, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use it for someone else, such as a client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

Guests who open an invitation, and visitors who read this site, are also bound by these terms to the extent they apply to them, for example the acceptable use rules in section 7. We may update these terms; if a change is important we will tell you, and using the service after the change date means you accept it.

1. The service

Linkfete lets you build an invitation from themes and blocks, send each guest a personal link, collect RSVPs and wishes, and run guest check-in on the wedding day. Features depend on the package you choose.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the crew members you give check-in access to.

3. Your content

You own the photos, text, music and other material you put in your invitation. You give Linkfete permission to store, process, copy and show it as needed to run your invitation, including to the guests you invite, and to keep backups. This permission ends when your invitation is deleted, except for backups that are removed on their normal schedule.

You promise that you have the right to use everything you add, such as other people's photos, music and writing, and that it is lawful and does not harm anyone. Photos of other people should only be used with their agreement.

4. Invitations are content made by users

The invitation pages are written and published by the couples who own them, not by Linkfete. We do not review them before they go live, and we do not create, check or endorse what they say. Each invitation shows a note to that effect, and a "Report abuse" link. The same applies to what guests write, such as RSVP messages and wishes. The couple is responsible for their invitation and for approving or removing guests' wishes.

These may not be published: content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening or harassing; content that breaches someone's copyright, trademark or privacy; content that deceives people (scams, phishing, fake payment or gift details); and anything that is not a real invitation for a real event.

If we receive a report, or find a breach ourselves, we may look at the invitation and, where needed, hide or remove a section, a picture or the whole invitation, suspend the account, or refuse to publish. We try to tell the couple what we did and why, and to give them a way to ask for a review, except where the law or the risk to others requires us to act without notice. We may keep records, and pass information to the authorities when the law requires. Removing an invitation for a breach does not entitle you to a refund.

To report a problem with an invitation, use the "Report abuse" link at the bottom of it, or write to abuse@linkfete.com with the invitation's address and what is wrong. For a copyright complaint, write to copyright@linkfete.com with enough detail for us to find the material, and tell us why it is yours.

Invitations show a small "Powered by Linkfete" link at the bottom. By publishing, you agree it may stay there.

5. Guest data

You decide whom to invite and are responsible for having a good reason to share their names and contact details with us. Only send links to people who expect them. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and packages

Prices are shown in Rupiah and are paid once per invitation unless the package says otherwise. Building is free; publishing requires payment. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Linkfete for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or to interfere with the service or other users.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, especially around wedding dates, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The check-in app is designed to work with weak signal.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the date above. You can stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
