Refund Policy
Building an invitation on Linkfete is free. You pay once, when you publish. This page explains when we refund that payment.
Before the invitation is sent
If you paid but have not yet sent any guest link, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
After guests have been invited
Once personal links have been sent or guests have responded, the service has been delivered and payment is not refundable, except as described below.
If something goes wrong on our side
If a fault on our side stops your invitation from working and we cannot fix it in reasonable time, we will refund you in full or in proportion to what was not delivered.
Add-ons and custom work
Custom design work and add-ons are refundable only before work or delivery has started.
How to ask
Email hello@linkfete.com with your account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, normally within 14 days.
